530 North Avenue / Ralph C. Bailie House
The one-story house features a curvilinear parapet and a flat-roofed,
round-arched main entrance flanked on either side by a set of three
rounded-arched double hung sash windows. The Bailie House, circa 1932, exhibits
elements of the Mission Style and has good architectural integrity.
