123 North Avenue / Samuel Oscar Orth House
Samuel Oscar Orth, a mason, laid the first piece of concrete sidewalk in
Hartland. The original part of this building, on the norht side, was Orth’s home from 1891 to 1937. The barn at the rear of the lot bears his initials “S O O” above the door.
