135 Cottonwood / State Farm Insurance Building
Built in the early 1900’s, this was once the livery stable for the adjacent Phoenix Hotel. The building
was home in the early 1930’s to the Pal O Pak Company, which made cushions, refrigerator insulation and ice
cream carriers.
